In 2025, I was offered a place on the ROOM Residency pilot scheme, run by TERM Art Classes and located at The Old Courts, Wigan. The residency ran from 27th October until the 21st December, during which time I used my experiences of the town and its people as inspiration to create a new series of paintings, continuing my aim to capture the moments of life that bring me back to the moment with a kind of anti-dissociation. These are the works I produced over the two months.
